Looking for a place to bring people together? At Reno Ice, we love hosting everything from birthday parties, clinics, and camps to corporate team outings and community group gatherings. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll help you pull it all together. Our goal is simple: make sure everyone has a blast on the ice (and off it, too)!

Birthday Party Rental Options

  • Locker Room Rental – $125
    Rent a private locker room from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after any scheduled public skate. In addition to the room rate, pay standard admission ($12 per person, $6 for children under 4), plus skate rentals ($5 per person) and skate aids ($5 each). Tables and chairs are provided in the locker room.

  • Ice Rental – $435/Hour (Prime) or $385/Hour (Non-Prime)
    Reserve the entire ice for your party. This all-inclusive rate covers admissions, skate rentals, and skate aids for your guests. You get to choose the music, and we’ll set up special lighting and disco effects. Tables and chairs are provided.

Private Rental Booking Policy

  • Private rentals booked more than a month in advance require a deposit of 25% of the total booking fee. We will not place your event on our schedule until the deposit has been paid.

  • The rental fee must be paid in full one month prior to your event. For last-minute bookings/events arranged less than a month in advance, the full rental fee must be paid in full when booking. Failure to pay the full amount may result in losing your timeslot.
